Multi-Media--a fascinating industry that has entertained the world over the past century and can be used in every facet of life. This tool has the power to touch lives globally. Media leaves a lasting legacy that can train future generations.

Jesus commanded us to broadcast the message of the gospel to the world. The power of multi-media added to any aspect of ministry can enhance and literally change the lives of millions of people globally.

The Video & Media Arts Program is designed to give the student all the required skills and knowledge to be able to obtain an entry-level position in the media arts field. The student will participate in a challenging curriculum that curresponds to some of the same training offered in college-based programs. Hands-on trainding, using state-of-the-art equipment, will give the student a tremendous advantage when competing in this job market.

Professional training will be conducted in the classroom studio with additional opportunities in field production. Students will be assigned to complete from start to finish real-life media projects, comparable to those found in the main stream media industry. Editing suites will be used to create high quality commercials, documentaries, sizzler promos, TV shows, and much more.

The ultimate goal of this program training is to open up a student's creative mind and bring to life their God-given talents that will bless others thru Video & Media Arts.

ACADEMIC INTEGRATION 

Most academic subjects are naturally integrated through regular course material.  Math skills are essential in 3D modeling, graphical design, and set construction. Reading is essential to understand software and text-training materials. English/Grammar is essential in script writing.

BIBLICAL INTEGRATION – CHRISTIAN SERVICE ASSIGNMENT

Students will have the opportunity to do ministry with media at local churches or ministry outreaches. Students will often be required to set up on location in a church or ministry and record video material. The material will be brought back and edited into a documentary, interview, or DVD master. The student will ultimately be fully capable to integrate multi-media into their own church or ministry workflow.
